In what can already be a very challenging career, it is important that we reflect on the challenges faced in recent time. This includes the ripple effect that the pandemic has had on educators and services. In this package, we will explore factors that influence our wellbeing, what to do when our wellbeing is compromised and work stresses that can impact our day to day. We will then invest time in exploring solutions and resources to improve wellbeing goals into the future.
