Vanessa Ha
Trainer and Assessor
Get to know Vanessa
Vanessa has over 15 years experience in Early Childhood Education and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood. She has held leadership positions including Assistant Director and Educational Leader, where she mentored teams and supported high-quality practice.
Now working as a Trainer and Mentor, Vanessa is passionate about guiding new Educators as they begin their journey. She has a strong interest in early literacy and in creating engaging, purposeful environments for children.
Vanessa’s goal is to share her knowledge beyond service level, supporting a wider audience of emerging Educators and helping them feel confident and inspired in their role.

She also brings her passion for theatre, drama, and radio to her teaching practice to build meaningful connections, tell stories, and create engaging learning experiences.
Inspired by the Trainers who once supported and believed in her, she answered her calling to become a Trainer and assessor, a role she has enjoyed for over 2 years.

Vicki brings extensive experience in support, administration, and client relationships within the travel and publishing industries. She is now excited to contribute to the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector.
She shares her deep admiration for everyone involved in ECEC, expressing that the dedication and commitment of our Trainers to their Students’ success inspire her confidence in the future of education and care for children. Vicki adds, “Our team’s enthusiasm is contagious, and I’m excited to be a part of this!”
